Since 2000, we have dedicated ourselves to providing quality, pre-employment skills training to adults who are re-entering the workforce. We believe that people should have the opportunity to realize their career goals through access to employment.

You won’t find large classes at Insight Advantage. We want our students to have a positive and empowering learning experience, so we limit our student/teacher ratio to a maximum of 3:1. This allows us to give each student the attention and encouragement they deserve.

Our staff, which includes Ontario Certified Teachers, Employment Consultants, Developmental Service Workers and Microsoft Training Specialists, understands the value of individualized training for people who are returning to an educational environment; especially after an extended period of time. We want our students to succeed; that’s why our students can work at their own pace as we support them along the way.
When new students come to us, we administer intake assessments to determine their skills. Then we design a personalized learning plan to fit with their educational needs. It is this individualized care and attention that, we believe, sets us apart.

With continuous intake, our students may start training at their convenience – no waiting for the next class to begin. Each training program is designed around applied experience and practical exercises - not just theory. This gives our students the opportunity to get hands-on experience that translates beautifully to the “real-world”.
